The wine's aromatics portray an abundance of pear, jasmine and honey. On the palate, Pacific Rim Vin Du Glaciere Riesling is surprisingly light and aromatic but not cloying or syrupy - this has to do with the balanced acidity (1.01%) in the wine. The 8.9% alcohol makes the wine refreshing and quite food friendly. Food Pairing: Fruit tarts and cheesecake are classic pairings, but the wine also pairs well with blue cheeses.
