The nose of the Concha Y Toro Gran Reserva Colchagua Valley Malbec presents aromas of cherries, blackcurrants, blackberries, and cedar with a delicate white pepper note. The palate is concentrated, with soft, sweet tannins and a long finish. Pairs with roasted red meats or game; mushroom and truffled risotto; stir-fried pork and vegetables with a touch of spicy sweet-and-sour sauce, Mexican food and aged cheeses.
