Wine Tasting Notes
Pale gold in color with silver highlights. Elegant and complex. Roasted notes and gingerbread dominate the first nose underpinned by subtle vegetal notes of tobacco leaf and cigar. Nuances of vanilla surface once the wine is allowed to breathe, with candied fruit and quince paste dominating. Rather soft at first giving way to fleshiness and firmness. On the palate, flavors of fruits (quince, apricot) dominate with an underlying touch of vanilla. Nice length. We recommend decanting this wine before serving.
