The blend is then further aged at least three more months in 75% new and 25% once used French oak barrels. With the 2020 vintage, the Cabernet Sauvignon wines were aged in oak for about twenty months total and racked twice in the process. The final maturation was then done to give the wine a gentle cross-flow filtration. The wine was then bottled in January 2020.
