IRISH SLAMMER
It would be an absolute shame if we started with anything other than an Irish Slammer!
Here’s what you’ll need:
½ ounce of good Irish Whiskey
½ ounce of Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur
Half a glass of Guinness beer
Mix your Irish Whiskey and Baileys Irish cream. Drop it into your glass of beer and enjoy!
GREEN BEER
I couldn’t leave this one out! Green Beer is a classic! Fun Fact: 13 million pints of Guinness beer are consumed on St. Patrick’s Day each year. It’s Irish and iconic!
You’ll need:
Beer (preferably something light)
2 or 3 drops of green food coloring
Pour your beer into a glass and mix with green food coloring. That’s all there is to it!
IRISH FLAG SHOT
If you’re feeling super festive, you need to try an Irish Flag Shot!
Start with:
1 part Creme de Menthe
1 part Bailey's Irish Cream
1 part Grand Marnier
Pour your Creme de Menthe into a shot glass. Next, pour your Baileys Irish Cream in using the back of the spoon. Pour slowly to keep the two separate. Repeat this step with the Grand Marnier. Pour slowly over the back of a spoon. Then enjoy!
GREEN MIMOSA
This one is for all mimosa lovers.
You’ll need:
Orange juice
Champagne
Splash of Blue Curacao
It didn’t feel right to give you the breakdown here. Some like their mimosa with equal parts, some like it with 2 parts orange juice and four parts champagne. It’s up to you! The splash of blue curacao will give you the green effect!
FUZZY LEPRECHAUN
This is a fun one!
Here’s what you’ll need:
1 ounce of Vodka
1 ounce of Blue Curacao
1 ounce of Peach Schnapps
½ ounce of orange juice
½ ounce of pineapple juice
Garnish with a cherry and orange slice
Ice
This one is pretty simple. Start with a cocktail shaker and ice. Pour all the above into the shaker and shake! Pour into a glass and then garnish with a cherry and orange slice!
IRISH MUDSLIDE
This one will taste like dessert!
You’ll need:
1 part Jameson Irish Whiskey
1 part Baileys
1 part Kahlua
2 parts half & half or milk
Ice
Green food coloring (optional)
Chocolate syrup (optional)
Whipped cream (optional)
Sprinkles (optional)
You’ll need a blender for this one. Gather all the essential ingredients into a blender and blend well! If you want to be extra festive, use green food coloring to get the desired color! Pour into a glass. Top with whipped cream, chocolate, and sprinkles.
IRISH MARGARITA
You’re a fan of margaritas, you’ll enjoy the Irish version!
Start with:
2 parts Tequila (preferably Reposado)
1 part Jameson Irish Whiskey
1 part Blue Curacao
1 part Peach Schnapps
1 part Aperol
2 parts pineapple juice
Splash of fresh lime juice
Ice
Into a cocktail shaker, add all the above. Serve in a margarita glass and enjoy!
IRISH JULEP
Think Mint Julep but Irish! This one is simple.
You’ll need:
Fresh mint leaves, six or so
3 ounces Irish Whiskey of your choosing
½ ounce simple syrup
Garnish with more mint sprigs
Crushed Ice
Start by muddling your mint leaves and simple syrup into a glass. Add your whiskey and crushed ice. Garnish with a sprig of mint. Refreshing and minty!
LUCK OF THE IRISH
Here's a bright cocktail for you!
You'll need:
3 parts Jameson Irish Whiskey
2 or 3 parts pineapple juice depending on your preference
2 parts Peach Schnapps
2 parts sparkling lime soda
Ice
Green food coloring (optional)
Garnish with a maraschino cherry and fresh mint (optional)
Fill a shaker with ice, Jameson Irish Whiskey, pineapple juice, Peach Schnapps, and sparkling lime soda. Use green food coloring if you want the green effect. Shake well. Strain into a glass with some ice. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and mint. Enjoy your green cocktail!
SHAMROCK SHOOTER
If you have a sweet tooth, then you’ll like this minty, chocolatey goodness!
You’ll need:
1 part White Creme de Cacao
1 part Creme de Menthe
1 part White Chocolate Liqueur
Garnish with whipped cream and Lucky Charms Marshmallows
Ice
