The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Lazuli from Penalolen, Maipo Alto, was aged for up to 18 months in 33% new barrels. Vivid garnet in hue. The intense, attractive nose presents notes of mint and black currant with hints of spice and cedar. Aquitania Lazuli Maipo Valley Cabernetis a beautiful ruby red color. Elegant nose: black fruits like cassis, black cherry and plum. The palate shows good acidity and balance, ripe and soft tannins, floral and spicy notes with a long finish. Pairs well with BBQ pork ribs, Asian stir-fry and roasted vegetables
