Wine Tasting Notes
On the nose, the 2017 Z Cuvee is deliciously fragrant, reminiscent of a fresh basket of Rainier cherries and balanced by a secondary layer of a well-weathered cedar cigar box. Upon first sip, the front palate is immediately refreshed and invigorated with dried goji berry flavors. As the acidity splays across the front of the tongue, it is curbed by the maturation of the rounded tannins. The finish is curtailed and taut, though appropriately adorned with enough juicy berry to beckon you back to the glass
47% Mourvedre, 42% Grenache, 9% Cinsault, 2% Syrah
Alcohol 14.8%
