Our panel of esteemed judges include winemakers, distillers, sommeliers, beverage trade and media. The mission is to introduce those elite producers to the Southern California market of consumers, one of the largest in the country.
Wine Tasting Notes
Wilson Winery Dry Creek Zinfandel is highlighted with juicy red and black fruits with aromas of blackberry jam and sweet Bing cherry. The bright palate is filled with nuances of blackberry, huckleberry, cinnamon, and boysenberry. Layers of baking spices, floral notes, and umami add to the structured mouthfeel of this smooth wine.
