Wine Tasting Notes
The fruit for Vina Robles Paso Robles Cabernet was selected from two of our estate vineyards in Paso Robles - Huerhuero and Creston Valley. Both of these vineyards produce Cabernet Sauvignon with an overall balance of expressive flavors and structure. Garnet in color offering aroms of cassis, blueberry, cedar and anise, with hints of black olives and juniper berry. Full-bodied with cassis and blueberry, licorice notes, chewy and chalky tannins.
