The 2020 Malbec Tikal Amorio from Paraje Altamira, Uco Valley was 80% aged in barrels. Purple in the glass. The nose presents notes of ripe plum, herbs and floral hints over gentle but well-defined aromas from the aging process. Delicate in the mouth with a leisurely, juicy flow and taut texture, flavors of oak and candy gather at the back of the throat. A convincing, flavorful combination. Drink 2022-2030.

Aromas of smoky oak and cherry. Mouthwatering, penetrating flavors of ripe red and black cherries, red berries. Quite rich and velvety on the palate, and finishes with just enough grip to make Tikal Mendoza Amorio Malbec a real winner with food. This is some seriously sexy Malbec.
