This fruity Nomine-Renard Blanc de Blancs Brut reveals notes of pomegranate and pink grapefruit. A greedy and silky entry on the palate followed by a touch of subtle freshness. At the end of the palate, the cuvee reveals a hint of spice, a sign of a long ageing on slats. Perfect accompaniment to a lobster salad with raspberry sauce, a duck with roasted mango with spices and cashew nut tuiles or a lamb shoulder confit with sweet spices simmered in its own juices.br />br />100% Chardonnay
