An excellent example of this appellation that will delight lovers of unoaked chardonnay. Generous fresh quince and dried flower aromas. On the medium- to full-bodied palate there's an elegant balance of ripeness, creaminess and lemony freshness. There's a twist of minerality in the finish. Fermented and matured in stainless steel.
