Hou Hou Shu Pink Sparkling Sake is made exactly the same as Hou Hou Shu, plus the infused addition of rose hips and hibiscus. This pink version, while technically the same as Hou Hou Shu, has a different complexity resembling tea-like phenolics, herbal quality, rosy red fruit and an extra drying sensation on the palate.

I was caught off guard I actually like this stuff.. Much better then beer.. It has a very crisp, clean, and clear fruityness to it.. Took about 2 sips for it to taste right.. At first i wasn't digging it..but after the second swig boom..heaven in a lil pink bottle..
