Hooks Bay Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc embodies all the best qualities from Marlborough, a world-renowned grape growing region. The fruits flavor and expression was carefully preserved by way of cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Pale straw color with a juicy mid-palate. Delicious tropical, bright melon and citrus notes combine with a lovely fresh, mouth-watering acidity. A lovely aperitif, it also is very versatile food wine and would pair nicely with a wide range of seafood dishes, including fresh fish, oysters, shrimp and chicken/pork dishes. Also to be enjoyed with fresh, leafy green or pasta salads.
