Sean Minor's first brand was Four Bears. He relishes telling the story behind the name. The Minors have four children - three sons (Nick, Jack, Charlie) and a daughter (Elle). Early on in their business venture, the couple would convene at their kitchen table to taste various lots of wine, play around with potential blends and talk about what they liked and didn't like. At one point, 4-year-old Elle likened the approach to Goldilocks searching for just the right bed, chair and bowl of porridge in the home of three bears. Thus was the label Four Bears conceived. ("Sean Minor" is the brand he goes by today, but "4B" is branded on the labels of his line of everyday wines. Treat yourself to a taste of luxury every day with wines from our California Series. These wines aim to highlight the beloved fruit grown in the beautiful state of California and are created to be paired with any occasion.

This case contains 3 bottles each of:

Rich, full and lush on entry. Red plum, bing cherry, raspberry torte create a velvety midpalate with a touch of lavender and black cherry. Wine Tasting Notes
This is a delicate golden straw color layered with pear, apple, grilled pineapple and subtle notes of vanilla cream scone. The entry weaves exuberant tropical fruit with green apple and white peach framed with gentle acidity. Once the wine encircles the mouth, enjoy sensations of a palatial experience and a beautiful lengthy finish.

Sean Minor Four Bears Pinot Noir 2019
San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition
GOLD MEDAL

Wine Tasting Notes
This Pinot Noir is medium bodied with enticing aromas of ripe plum, violets and cocoa powder. Luscious flavors of dark cherry and blackberry play the lead role mid palate with earthy floral notes and a touch of spice. A well balanced bright acidity gives way to a lingering silky finish. This structured pinot is complemented best when served with a salmon dish or roasted chicken.

Sean Minor Four Bears Sauvignon Blanc 2020

Wine Tasting Notes
Sauvignon Blanc is rich and complex with aromas of ruby grapefruit, citrus and tropical fruit. On the palate, the combined flavorsof fresh melon, fig and lime are balanced perfectly to form a crisp, mouthwatering texture and a lingering finish. This wine is a fine accompaniment to shellfish or on its own after a long day.
