The final stage of ageing in Pedro Ximnez casks bestows a dark amber color with delicate notes of raisin, fig and vanilla. Given the high quality of the product we recommend serving in a balloon glass either neat or on the rocks. Connoisseurs may wish to enjoy it combined with aromatic mixers, fizzy or not.
