Remarkably smooth. Don Vicente Reposado Tequila is rested in American White Oak Bourbon barrels for less than a year. The aging adds a complexity of aromas and flavors. The cooked Blue Weber Agave, minerality, and earthiness are all still very present; with hints of vanilla, caramel, and butter. A rich and buttery mouthfeel.
