This wine from an ideally exposed hillside and old vines has a remarkable concentration. The nose is predominantly fruity with a strong minerality. Good volume for a very aromatic mouth, energized by a precise and lasting liveliness. Domaine de La Meuliere Chablis Premier Cru Monts de Milieu Chardonnay aging potential is around fifteen years, it can be drunk from a young age with refined starters and noble fish. After a few years, you will associate it with richer preparations, creamy for example, or Asian in sweet and salty why not!
