Aromatically this is floral and fresh, with notes of perfumed chalk. The palate is appropriately cool and restrained, with quietly spoken nuances of white peach skin and green pear, underpinned by a bright acid backbone. Stretched over this there is a fresh seam of vanilla, but it is the energy and bitter substance that really defines the palate.
