Jeb Dunnuck Review
Rated 92
The 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Three Acre was brought in at the end of September and aged in 90% new French oak. It's another clean, classy, balanced wine that has an elegant, ethereal style. Red and black currants, black raspberries, toasted spice, hints of tobacco, and cedar all emerge from the glass, followed by a medium-bodied red with a silky texture, good balance, and a great finish.
Wine Tasting Notes
An inky, ruby-red color offers aromas of baked cherry and cassis with layers of oak spice, toasted walnuts, bay laurel and sage. The texture of the David Arthur Three Acre Napa Cabernet is structured and bold with fine, integrated tannins. Finishing at length with flavors of plum and black cherry highlighted by notes of baking spices and fruit leather. Best from 2022 to 2035.
87% Cabernet Sauvignon and 13% Petit Verdot
Alcohol 14.9%
