This wine is complex, with notes of cocoa, sweet spicies such as vanilla and pepper, Kirsch, and red fruits as blackcurrant. Powerful and long in mouth, it presents a long finess with interesting tannin, let's escape in our wonderful Banyuls terroir.
Pairing with a great black chocolate, a refined chocolate or red fruits dessert: Opera, macarons Mogador, revisited Black Forrest. But also simply with Grand Cru Chocolate, a good book, a cigar or in good company.
