Based in San Diego, California, the Cutwater Spirits production facility makes many different enjoyable spirits. They make canned alcoholic beverages, anything from a margarita to a Bloody Mary, cocktail mixes, and other spirits. Yuseff Cherney is the founder and the master distiller responsible for the company.
The whole idea began as a hobby he would entertain in the back of his brewery. Slowly, the hobby became more. He crafted his first pot still from an old beer fermenter and began distilling different spirits, including rum, gin, vodka, whiskey, and more.

You have three options for Cutwater Tequila: Cutwater Tequila Añejo, Cutwater Tequila Reposado, and Cutwater Tequila Blanco. The tequila's agave nectar is cooked slowly in brick ovens. The Añejo is complex and oaky with notes of caramel and bourbon vanilla. The Reposado is rich and distinct with hints of vanilla and oak.
