In 2019, Angel's Envy Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey Finished in Oloroso Sherry Casks was introduced as the first release of the Cellar Collection. This unique expression showcases our distillery's commitment to innovation. With a remarkable score of 94 points from Robb Report, this bourbon is meticulously aged in carefully chosen Oloroso Sherry barrels, resulting in a delightfully sweet and smooth spirit with a robust 100 proof (ABV 50%).
Chapter two: Angel's Envy Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey Finished in Tawny Port Casks
The 2020 release of the second installment of Cellar Collection enhances our most mature and premium bourbon with an elegant touch. Described by Robb Report as having a "dark-amber tawny-cask finish that elevates the drink," this bourbon was aged in tawny casks for more than 10 months, resulting in a balanced combination of dried fruit and oak flavors at 111.6 proof (ABV 55.8%).
