Fresh spearmint, cedar and red cherries give lots of lively flavors to this medium-bodied, lightly tannic wine as it soothes the palate, showing focused fruit and good balance.

Rich in color and texture, this is a true representation of what a Sonoma Cabernet should be. Ammunition Sonoma Cabernet offers ripe bright cherries and complex tannins highlight this medium-to-full bodied wine. Long mouth feel through the mid-palate and pops with cherries and hints of spice. The Cab Franc adds a white pepper silkiness to round out the finish. Faint cedar overtones supported by the round mid-palate body and tingly tannins on the edge of the finish. Pairs extremely well with all red meats and game. Our favorite pairing is a blue-cheese encrusted bacon-wrapped filet mignon.
