I will start off with I drink all my bourbon chilled and straight. That being said, it is really smooth. Immediately has a Caramel note in smell and then in taste. Does not have heavy coloring like Jack or jim. Is not a sweet liquor at all. I believe this show a real american bourbon the way it use to be. I will definitely be buying this on the regular. Great job.
