The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Lithology Napa Valley checks in as a blend of 86% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Merlot, and a splash of Cabernet Franc coming from multiple terroirs throughout the valley. A gorgeous Cabernet, it has ripe red and black fruits as well as some tobacco and spicy, floral notes, medium to full body, ripe, velvety tannins, great mid-palate depth, and a great finish. Drink 2024-2039.
