Absolut & The Premium Vodka Landscape
Åhus is home to the Absolut Vodka operation. In Southern Sweden, where the water and winter wheat grow over the span of nearly 400 farms, Absolut Vodka is made. And not just anywhere. It is produced in some of the most famous old distilleries in Sweden. Staying true to Swedish tradition, Absolut embodies the characteristics of Swedish vodka. Absolut vodka combines three things: pristine water, winter wheat, and CO₂ neutral distillation. The winter wheat comes from lush, fertile fields. The water comes from local water wells more than 140 meters deep. And, well, the CO₂ neutral distillation comes from the Absolut brand's pledge to be more sustainable and energy efficient.
But before Absolut was known as Absolut Vodka, it was "Absolut Rent Brännvin," a vodka production that Lars Olsson Smith started. In Stockholm, Smith was known as the "King of Spirits". Later, Absolut Rent Brännvin would become Absolut Vodka.

Cosmopolitan
If you feel like drinking something bright and fruity, a Cosmopolitan is exactly what you need. It's easy and refreshing. Here's what you'll need:

2 oz Absolut Vodka

1 oz cranberry juice

3/4 oz orange liqueur

3/4 oz lime juice

Instructions
The colder the cocktail, the better! For an optimal cocktail drinking experience, chill your cocktail glass. Pop it into the freezer while you mix your cocktail. You'll have a colder cocktail for longer! Serve your Cosmopolitan in a martini glass or coupe! Or use whatever you have on hand.
Grab your cocktail shaker and add your Absolut Vodka, cranberry juice, orange juice, lime juice, and a handful of ice. Shake well!
Strain into your chilled glass. Garnish with a lime wheel. Serve and enjoy!
Espresso Martini
We all know vodka makes an excellent classic martini, but why not shake things up with an Espresso Martini? Espresso Martinis are perfect for coffee lovers because we all know that no other aromas wake you up quite like coffee does. Let's wake up with an Espresso Martini. Here's what you'll need for this wake-me-up:
Instructions
You want to start by brewing an ounce of espresso. Go about this step how you usually would when making an espresso. Then, wait for the espresso to cool.
(If you don't want to brew an espresso, use a cold brew.
Once your espresso has cooled, add your Absolut Vodka, espresso, coffee liqueur, simple syrup, and a handful of ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds or so for the foam to form properly.
Strain quickly into a martini glass.
Garnish with coffee beans. Serve and enjoy!
