Kosher For Passover
Wine Tasting Notes
The wines color is a deep ruby- violet. The protracted skin contact resulted in an aroma so richly fruity and varied that it is hard to describe: notes of morello cherry, raspberries, undertones of black pepper and cassis blended with a bouquet of rich coffee, vanilla and leather. It is full bodied, intense in tannin but supple and chewy with richness not unlike a chocolate cake. It can be drunk now, but its worth keeping for several years to see how it will progress.
