The Cremant has bursting tropical aromas of mango, pineapple and papaya, followed by sweet citrus. In addition to the fresh fruit aromas, there is a richness of straight from the oven rhubarb pie. The palate is viscous on entry, with flavors of peach cobbler, pineapple, lemon cream, and just a hint of vanilla. Slightly sweet on entry, with a quenching acidity that is long and lingering.
