Rince Cochon is a Belgian Blonde Ale from the Flanders region. This ale is refermented in the bottle, resulting in a sediment at the bottom. Pour delicately to obtain a nice head. Dominant caramel flavor mixed with the bitterness of roasted malts and hops.
