This is one gorgeous and perfectly balanced Chardonnay - floral, lively and rich. Starts out with ripe melon and citrus fruit, followed by a lush, creamy texture on the mid palate and slight acidity on the finish. This is by far one of the best values from Santa Lucia Highlands, a rare find well under $20. Pairs well with variety of foods, including pasta, shellfish, game birds, pork roast and medium cheeses.
