James Suckling Review
Rated 91
Quite shy. This is a delicate wine for an appellation that has a reputation for full and rather earthy wines. Minty freshness and some solid tannins at the finish. Drink or hold.
Wine Tasting Notes
Gevrey-Chambertin reveals aromas of lightly-wooded blackcurrant. On the palate blackcurrant and liquorice blend beautifully and are accompanied by a slight peppery finish, enhanced by silky tannins.
