Decanter Magazine Review
Rated 92
Classy, understated style of Chablis with a great balance between ripeness of fruit and powerful acidity. The palate has a creamy texture with no jagged edges and fine, mineral characters coming through on the finish. Real purity and drive here - one of the best Saint Martin Chablis I've tried. Drink 2022-2025.
Wine Tasting Notes
A vintage that reveals the limestone and the singularity of the terroirs of Chablis. Dress, pale yellow, limpid and brilliant. The nose opens on notes of chalks, flowers white and fresh fruits like the apple. Fermentation's partly in lightning oak (30 years) bring subtle and complex notes of fresh undergrowth and of cedar. Taste and mineral mouth, long and saline finish.
