James Suckling Review
Rich yet very fresh and racy with a mineral tone to the blackberries and fine, roasted spices. Chocolate, too. Good depth of flavor that gradually grows on the palate, along with colossal tannin presence, which nevertheless remains very restrained and polished. So much to bite into here, but all in balance. Drinkable now, but better after 2021.
Wine Tasting Notes
Intense violet color. Attractive and enticing depth of fruit on the nose with cassis, blueberries, blood plums, sarsaparilla, and spice. The palate has attractive fresh fruit flavors with smooth and juicy tannins.
