As a toasted maplewood-finished whisky, Collingwood is full-flavored and complex, with a long, clean finish. Ideal for sipping neat, on the rocks or in classic lighter cocktails, Collingwood is quite versatile.

- Flavor: Creamy, with a prickly vibrancy that fades into a delicate marzipan-dusted grain note. Faint hints of maple syrup drift about. Nice complexity.
