Wine Tasting Notes
Deep red. The nose shows notes of sweet dark plum fruits, red berries and white fruit cake aromatics. Complex spice and pepper aromas arise almost instantly upon the initial pour. There is a mocha/ coffee and vanilla lift stemming from the balanced well integrated use of seasoned oak. The palate is bright and substantial. This wine has a medium bodied, solid structure with generous dark chocolate and berried flavors and obvious, grainy tannins. The fleshy, sweet core of fruit and flavor seemingly effortlessly facilitates impressive length.
