Although young, the Guenoc California Cabernet Sauvignon is soft and approachable. Aromas of bright bing cherry are as pronounced on the palate as they are on the nose. The soft smooth texture of this Cabernet carries the fruit through a long finish and will make a perfect pairing with BBQ or tomato based pasta sauce.
